Digital growth is a stewardship. After 15 years at the intersection of web technology and brand awareness, I founded NorthStar Web and The Web Team to bridge the gap between building a site and driving a business.
My background is rooted in high-stakes environments. I have spent my career leading 0 to 1 builds and managing complex legacy migrations, architecting ecosystems that deliver significant lifts in conversion velocity. As a strategist, I have built high-performing teams and established the web governance required to scale both traditional CMS platforms and modern headless architectures.
The Web Team was born from the realization that most companies don’t need more vendors: they need an External Internal Team that provides the North Star guidance between engineering, design, and marketing.
When I’m not navigating complex ecosystems or technical migrations, you can usually find me navigating the waters and trails of the Olympic Peninsula. Whether I’m kayaking the sound or hiking a new ridgeline, that PNW perspective: patience, preparation, and a deep respect for the environment: informs everything we build.
